What’s the role?

As a customer service representative with Colorado Insurance you will act as a bridge between our clients and the company. You’ll provide information regarding our products and services as well as work to resolve developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. Your goal will be to execute an exceptional service experience and sustain high customer satisfaction.

You absolutely need to be an effective communicator. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

Handling high amounts of incoming calls and e-mails requiring your immediate attention

Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs

Building on established relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion

Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the established processes

Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and following up to secure resolutions like the real service ninja you are

Keeping precise records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

Upselling, cross-selling, and endorsing existing client policies all while going the extra mile to engage customers

Compensation Package:

This career opportunity has an initial base range of $34,500.00 to $40,500.00, depending on your experience level and qualifications. You will have the opportunity for quarterly and annual performance reviews for career enhancement and salary increases.
